Who We Are >>
The Indo-American Charity Foundation (IACF) is a non-profit, non-political organization committed to helping the greater Houston community.

It was founded in 1988 by a group of Houstonians of Asian-Indian origin out of a desire give back to the community that nurtures them and help those in need. What started as a fledgling organization to fight hunger in Houston through the Houston Food Bank has grown into a multi-faceted effort that spans the greater Houston metropolitan area to help the homeless, the victimized, and the underprivileged.

Help the poor, the underprivileged and the needy with monetary, in-kind and volunteer
Contributions through established Houston-area charitable organizations.
Help establish and promote new charitable organizations in the greater Houston area.
Foster juvenile health and welfare.
Build awareness and visibility of Indo-American philanthropy in the greater Houston area and develop a volunteer corps for social services.
